JCHS Band Receives Straight Superior Ratings In LGP Evaluation
The award-winning Jackson County High School band received straight superior ratings during this week's Large Group Performance Evaluation, receiving straight As from every judge on every song in each category performed. The Jackson County High School band, composed of over 200 members, performed in three concerts during the LGP evaluations. The band, led under the direction of Band Director William Kilgore, was ranked on tone, intonation, technique, balance and musicality throughout the evaluations.
