Jackson County High School offers Advanced Placement Courses for all grade levels. A school counselor will be able to provide additional information.
In February 2024, Jackson County High School was named an Advanced Placement (AP) Honor School by the Georgia Department of Education. Jackson County High School was named an AP Stem School, which classifies schools that have a minimum of five students testing in at least four AP Stem Courses, which include AP Calculus, AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Environment Science, AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, AP Physics C, AP Computer Science A and AP Consumer Science Principles.
